
The SagePay payment system used by us at Sheactive utilises a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all your sensitive data.
All transaction information passed between us at Sheactive and the SagePay systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent back to us from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to us and subsequently SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to this highly sensitive information.
Once you have submitted any sensitive data to us, is it secured by SagePay using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

All credit cards are processed via the SagePay on line card processing service. This service is 100% secure however if you would rather pay over the phone, you can call us on 0845 094 9434 to make your order. When using a card to pay on line or on the phone you will need to be the card holder and give the registered card holders address.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order. Please print this for your records.
You will be charged the full order amount at the time you place your order. This is a more secure method of charging and ensures that your card cannot then be re-charged automatically. You will be notified that you will be charged for 'out of stock' items as you pass through checkout. At times of high demand, 'in-stock' items may regrettably go out of stock by the time your order is processed. On these rare occasions, we will re-order the item for you and your account will be updated with an expected despatch date as soon as it's known. As you have then already been charged for these items, they will go onto back-order for you, however you're welcome to cancel should you prefer - please therefore just contact us and we will be more than happy to refund you.
